Celebrate Fox Lake Parade

Date: July 3, 2010 Time: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Event Description
The annual Celebrate Fox Lake Parade will take place on Saturday, July 3, 2010.  The parade will be the start to a day of festivities celebrating the fourth of July. 
 
The parade will kick-off at Grant Community High School at 285 E. Grand Avenue, and continue down Grand Avenue, ending in the Towne Centre Plaza (for all motorized units) and continuing down Grand Ave to Nippersink, and ending by the Metra Station (for all walking units). Bring out your lawn chair and join the fun. 
 
Following the parade are festivities at Millenium Park.  The Village of Fox Lake will host the celebration with food vendors, crafts & collectibles show, music, games and family entertainment.  Come join us for the day - bring your family and friends!
 


Event Location
9 AM - Line up at Grant Community High School (corner of Rt. 59 and Grand Avenue).  The Parade kicks off at 10 AM from Grant High School.  Parade route continues down Grand Avenue.  (Any walking units will continue down Grand to Nippersink Blvd, and end by the Metra Station) -  (Any motorized units will end at Towne Centre Plaza). 
 
All festivities will be at Millennium Park, following the parade.  Millennium Pari is located at the corners of Grand Avenue and Rollins Road in Fox Lake.

Saturday, July 3, 2010 - Line up at Grant High School at 9 AM.  Parade kicks off at 10 AM.
